I loved the room with a great variety, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The decor was comfortable and the staff were affable. The hotel was in a central setting in the middle of jackson.

Good sized and amazing room with a great variety, excellent quality staff. Good choice of supplies in the room: central heating, TV and a microwave oven. Unbeatable location so close to downtown, where "TelUWat " restaurant/saloon is the very best place in town for food and great adult beverages and Osage.

The room was spacious, but the shower was cramped for taller guests.

We stayed in the handicap accessible room and it was fantastic! Super spacious with comfy beds and great pillows. The bathroom had all the safety bars, really convenient. The whirlpool tub was a nice touch too. Everything was clean and well-maintained. They had coffee available all the time, awesome. Even the housekeeping checked in to see if we needed anything. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The beautiful queen room was spacious and the comfortable beds were a highlight. The breakfast was very good with tasty options like freshly baked pancakes and warm bacon. Coffee available 24/7.

Breakfast offered fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and delicious sausage. Staff were attentive, and the lobby was cozy with 24/7 coffee. Great stay overall!

I booked the Beautiful Queen Room Mobility Access, expecting a relaxing stay, given the high price. The room was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for winding down. The beds felt plush, and the shower had great pressure. I appreciated the visual accessibility features in the bathroom, easy for my mom to navigate. Breakfast offered a variety of options and was tasty, with good coffee available all day. The cell signal was weak was nice. The distance from our room to the breakfast area was a bit of a trek for my mom with her walker. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, we felt welcome throughout our four-night stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious mobility-accessible room, and the beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax. The indoor pool and hot tub were incredibly refreshing after a long day, and we loved hanging out there. The only downside was that our room was at the end of the hallway, which was a bit of a trek to get to breakfast, but it was worth it! 😊

We explored the beautiful Decorah Fish Hatchery and the fine Pine Lake State Park. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was spacious and comfy. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

One downer was the weak cell phone signal, made staying connected tough at times.
